Some folks have asked how my 2014 approach to documenting moments versus daily documentation is going to work. This month's Project Life spreads with the Studio Calico Sugar Rush Project Life Kits have some great examples.
For this princess-inspired spread, I wanted to remember how much my girls are into dress up in a general sense. Not date/event specific as much as it is just right now. Those dresses are such a staple in our house--on their bodies, tossed on the living room floor, in the laundry. I know I will really miss it all one day.
On this spread, I took a digital stamp from the Lili Niclass Digital Stamp Set and printed it onto the backs of two 4x6 cards from the main kit. Such a great way to up any extra cards.
Don't be shy about documenting yourself! I really think about my girls looking at all of this one day. That's why I did it here with some selfies and a card where I included a "right now" list. What I was listening to, thinking about, etc. The "Be You" and "Be Remarkable" are from the Project Life digital stamp designs.
The hearts are part of the digital template set I designed Studio Calico this month. It comes in six sizes!
BONUS PROJECT | I'm not officially doing layouts for Studio Calico this year--they are keeping me busy behind the scenes--but of course I'll do some things from here and there. I love it too much! I made this layout using the Gum Drop Add-On Kit, be sure to check out all of the Sugar Rush Scrapbook Kits! The stars of this layout are the Lemon Lush Golden Die-Cut Leaves. I'm obsessed. They are sold out in the shop right now, but hit the "notify me" for an email heads up when they are back in stock.
P.S. I love scrapbooking!
