Today I'm happy to share the scrapbook layouts I created for Studio Calico using their February Front Row Kits and Add-Ons. I'll be featuring my Studio Calico Project Life Kit designs on the blog tomorrow.

L.A. | I am a huge fan of all things black and white, so when I saw some of the papers, ribbon and alphas in the Front Row Scrapbook Kit, I knew I wanted to run with it. The only color on the page is an Instagram self portrait I took in Santa Monica while out was out west for CHA. I used to live in L.A. and haven't been back since we moved four years ago. Love this city!
SUPER MAGGIE! | My daughter the superhero. The girls are always asking us to make capes out of towels or blankets at bedtime so when we saw these capes, we knew they would be a hit Christmas morning. Maggie was rocking it!
It was pure luck that there were so many red and blue designs in the kits this month to match the photo. I used the Front Row Scrapbook kit, The Junior Mints Add-On Kit and the "Love This" card is from the Project Life kit, I'm crazy about the font. Layered it all on an 8.5x11 canvas.
HELLO | This 8.5x11 layout was inspired by the awesome Hello stamp in this month's Front Row Card Kit. I used the digital version over a photo of Charlotte and built my patterned papers around it. These papers are a mix of designs from the main Scrapbook Kit, and the Junior Mints and Big Screen Add-On Kits.
I used the stamp as a journaling prompt. I typed up the text in Photoshop and ran my tag through my printer. (I have a tutorial on how to do this here.)
STOP THE INSANITY | Tina Azmus designed the most brilliant stamp for the Big Screen Add-On Kit. I had to use it. What's been having me say $&#%! lately? My home office. My closet is under construction so everything is everywhere and I feel like a hoarder. Working on it!
I designed this on a 5x7 canvas to be able to pop into a page protectors for my Project Life album. A mini layout! I printed out the text strips from Photoshop and curled them up for a little dimension. The striped washi tape is also from the Big Screen Kit.
