Here we go, Week Twenty-Five. Full of summer lovin'!
I used some star elements this week, inspired by the Pixar short La Luna that runs before Brave in theaters. (Watch a clip of it here.) I'm crazy about it, such gorgeous animation. Brave was adorable too. Have you seen it? If not, you have to go.
I'm a fan of playing with images that break out of the individual photo pockets into another. Love this time of year for photos. Outdoor fun plus great light rocks.
I absolutely love going to the movies and felt really spoiled to go twice last weekend. I used movie posters to mark the occasion! The photo of Jim with the girls was taken on his birthday and is a new favorite. They make such a sweet trio.
The 6x12 insert? I'm pretty excited to share it with you...
The insert was made from one of the new layered templates I just added to my shop. Woohoo! Many more ideas in progress too. This 6x12 page is one of three Instagram Grid templates I have up. The design also comes in 12x12 and 8.5x11. Check 'em out here!
A video is coming soon to show you how to insert your images into the templates with Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. Easy peasy!
I left a few of the photo grid squares blank to add some patterned paper and embellishments after printing.
I kept the back of the page protector simple with patterned paper by Dear Lizzy. Also of note, my printer doesn't do 12", so I printed this in two sections and taped it together along the back.
Be sure to enter my BIG SUMMER GIVEAWAY that includes a Project Life Binder, the coordinating Core Kit, and a Big Pack of Design A Photo Pocket Pages. Yes! Plus, a lot of other cool stuff you'll love.
P.S. I'm sharing this post on the Project Life link up at The Mom Creative.
