French inspiration fit for a Queen

Frenchlivingroom

Frenchdesign2

These rooms by designer Eric Prokesh feel like a fresh, modern Marie Antoinette update.  I love the bold color choices mixing sea blue, violet and celery in the 18th-century inspired living room. The dining room chairs are rare Louis XVI finds as well. C'est manifique!

P.S. I've been looking for an affordable Louis-style chair with arms for my office if anyone has any good ideas...

What a lovely blog you have! I came over from Hooked on Houses and it's been fun to read through it. (I also love your "About Me" page! Great design!)

Thanks, Courtney! Welcome!

Love these rooms. I agree with Courtney that your blog is a lot of fun to read. Thanks! -Julia :-)
